Even with this TT the train would most probably depart NJP behind Darjeeling Mail as the 19.35-19.45 slot is mostly used by a 15-20 mins late Saraighat Express. What I actually don't understand is that how NJP-HWH/SDAH section trains are not getting speeded up even after the route being completely doubled and electrified(via Bolpur Rampurhat). Excessive slacks in RPH-MLDT section might be one issue in up direction.
