** "With a top speed of 120 kmph, the Mumbai Rajdhani was the fastest train in India until 1988."
** Above report is not true, Howrah Raj had top speed of 120kmph since its introduction in 1969 which was upgraded to130kmph in 1970s. So HWH Raj was fastest train from 1969-1988.
** In 1988 this record was broken by Bhopal Shatabdi with top speed of 140 kmph which was upgraded to 150kmph in 2006.
