That's what even I feel a sudden increase from 8 to 16 is not at all that profitable and that to with the existing TT it's impossible for KCG YPR and SC VSKP. If 10Car or 12Car VB then it could be a phase wise upgradation. Reaching SC is fine in that early morning but KCG is not at all possible for everyone. If this is from SC then we can think for an alternative as North Hyderabad is least connected with Kacheguda area and getting a Cab in that morning is achieving something . TT change and Speedup is mandatory for KCG YPR VB.
Yes SC dep should be 545 for both trains but PF availability needs to be checked.

They may start 12Car VB in future as the 20Car VB set is the adjustable VB They can reduce the CC as per needs
