1. Shorten SR PGT division to Manjeshwar. Stick MAQ, MAJN with SWR. Make Karwar division stretch from Thokur to MAJN.
2. Move Pollachi Kinathukadavu section from PGT to MDU, include Kinathukadavu to Podanur from SA to MDU. Trains can slide between MDU CBE smoothly.
3. Shift SCT to QLN from MDU to TVC.
4. Shrink TVC to Nagercoil outer. Ship NCJ NCT CAPE up to TEN to MDU.
5. Slide HSRA Omalur from SWR to SR.
6. Toss Wadi to Hotgi outer to SCR. Will ease trains from Kalyana Karnataka region to the north, and coastal Karnataka.
7. Hand MAO VSG to KR Karwar division.
8. GTL WADI remains in SCR no matter if GTL division switches to SCoR or not.

We gotta set a cool rule on how many zones each state should have. I say max 2 or 3. If a zone covers some area/big city in a state, the zone must have a division HQ there. For instance, if SR wants to keep MAQ or CR wants to keep Wadi Kalaburagi, those divisions should plant their HQ in MAQ and KLBG. For Karnataka, SWR handles south and northwest zones, SCR handles northeast zone, and Konkan railway takes care of the coast. SR and CR regions should move to SCR or SWR. 5 zones for Karnataka is way too much, man.

Combine the TVC and PGT gangs to make a cool new ERS crew. Hand over the Karnataka and Tamilnadu spots of PGT and TVC to SWR MYS and SR MDU crews. I'm talking about everything past Manjeshwar up north to SWR. Everything past NCJ up to TEN goes to MDU team. After POY, it's all MDU's. Bring QLN Tenkasi from Madurai. The whole of Kerala's rolling with one squad. Let as many local fast trains run within the state (JS VB ICE are all fast in Kerala).

Dope story. Kerala got 935 kms of train tracks (Parassala to Manjeshwar, Kayamkulam to Ernakulam via Alappuzha, Thrissur to Guruvayoor, Shoranur to Nilambur, Palakkad to Muthalamada). 935 kms ain't enough for 2 divisions, man. Some others got like 1200 to 1300 kms in just one division, like Guntakal, Secunderabad for example. To make it smooth, let's merge up to NCJ and POY and roll as one kick-ass Kerala division with base in Ernakulam. Boundaries are messed up, so Pollachi, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari, and Mangalore are taking the hit.

Continuity ko dhyan me rakhte hue, NCJ ke bina aur POY ke bina tak ek integrated Kerala division Ernakulam me HQ ke saath banaya jaa sakta hai. Is haphazard division boundaries ki wajah se Pollachi, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari aur Mangalore pareshan hai.

Sounds like they wanna mess up the Coimbatore to Bangalore train connection. Let me give you a fix. How about extending the 16301/16302 TVC SRR Venad Express all the way to Bangalore SMVB? Keep the same timings until Shoranur. From there, the new timings could be: Depart SRR 1300, Arrive CBE 1515, SA 1740, Arrive at SMVB at 2200. The next day, depart from SMVB at 0545, reach SA at 1000, CBE at 1220, SRR at 1430, and run as usual to TVC. This change can benefit TVC and the Palakkad division due to a day train to Bangalore. Also, we should modify the 12677/12678 SBC ERS SF to be the SBC CBE SF as planned. This train will operate from Bangalore to Coimbatore and back in the afternoon. It can depart SBC at 0630, arrive CBE by 1330, leave at 1430, and come back to SBC by 2130. This way, Coimbatore will have a direct ICE train to Bangalore. No harm to PGT TCR ERS since they will still have the Venad Express. It will be advantageous for KTYM, QLN, and TVC to have a daily daytime connection to Bangalore.

Yo, screw the elections. Bangalore and Mumbai are some major cities, big enough for a legit SF train. With over a hundred buses cruising between these two spots, the railway ain't seeing or smelling the need for a sick train service. If CSMT or DR or LTT are facing platform problems, they could just set up trains to/ from Panvel. 5k peeps roll between Bangalore and Mumbai daily. That's enough for 2 trains. And don't forget those buses from Mumbai to Belgaum, Hubli, Ballari, Mysore, Hassan, and whatnot. We yap about pollution, high petroleum bills, road safety, and whatnot, but we still risk mad heads riding down the highway. Ain't that violating human rights or what?
