NCR zone should focus on quadrupling CNB-TDL section and DDU-PCOI, tripling TDL-ALJN and CNB-PRYJ section, so that they can accommodate growing demand of no. of trains from eastern side of India and also introducing some crawler trains to accomodate local travelers.
I don't have hope from NR, so hopefully NCR does this so trains can run punctual and with high speed.

NCR only focus is to triple mathura jhansi section where traffic is much lesser than prayagraj line.

There runs a passenger train from Kanpur to Khajurao. Can't another ICE starting from LJN in morning, reaching Khajurao in afternoon and return to LJN in late evening be introduced? LJN is only crowded during afternoon time, so this train won't be hitting LJN during crowded timings plus it'll just touch and return back from Khajurao with maybe a TAT of an 1 hour. It'll enhance connectivity with a state capital.
There is big demand to convert kurj-cnb pass to intercity and extend till lko cos there is no connectivity from kurj,mba, banda to Lucknow.
