In 22808 MAS SRC AC express, WL 1 and 2 in 1st AC for Chennai to Balasore, or else WL16 and 17 in 2nd AC, what are the chances for it getting confirmation ?

Are Blank paper ticket still issued on PRS counters ?
I have to travel from SBC to Canacona by Panchaganga express and KWR-MAO special. As Panchaganga express has just 5 min halt at KWR, booking a unreserved ticket is impossible. UTS app may work but dont want to take any last time risk.
So thinking about a BPT. What are your suggestions ?

A suggestion from my end:
This train has 2 dedicated rakes and is a biweekly...Post Pamban bridge completion, this train can be extended to Rameswaram via Madurai. As of now NO train is running between Kolkata and Rameswaram. The train timings are just perfect for tourists except the return rake Howrah arrival at midnight. Rest everything is just too perfect.

IR now is foolishly wasting money and resources in manufacturing "God knows what"....
Humsafars...Suvidha....Antyodaya....swarna shatabdis....Utkrisht rakes....Gatimaan....Vande bharat...Vande bharat sleeper....Vande metro...Tejas rajdhani...Tejas shatabdi...Uday...Amrit Bharat.....Double decker....and what not in coming future...
This kind of heterogenous working reminds me of my childhood days when i used to have a flickering mind....and never used to focus on one thing at a time.....
