Ara,buxar and chapra and the entire bhojpur region including patna district is full of goons and hooligans...every now and then the people there block the tracks,misbehave with the passengers in trains and consider railways to be their personal property...all this should stop now and strict action muat be taken against the culprits..

Actually democracy has some demerits as well which is quite evident by looking at these scenes...in a democracy either you are teacher or a theif both can vote..thats dangerous...
