similar violation was also found at a stall in Gondia railway station. All five managers were charged under sections 164 and 153 of the Railway Act. The RPF reported 14 similar actions in 2023 and 20 in 2024, with contractors of the involved trains facing fines from the Railway Board and IRCTC. The RPF warned that transporting explosives or flammable materials on trains and stations is punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment.

LPG cylinders aur heaters ka use kiya ja raha tha. Gondia station ke ek stall mein bhi yeh violation mila. Sabhi doshi managers ke khilaf Railway Act ke section 164 aur 153 ke tahat case darj kiya gaya hai. RPF ke data ke hisab se, 2023 mein 14 aur 2024 mein 20 pantry car employees par aisi hi action li gayi thi. In cases mein, related trains ke contractors par Railway Board aur IRCTC ne fine bhi lagaya. RPF ne warning di hai ki trains aur stations par explosive ya flammable material le jaana punishable hai, jiske liye 5 saal tak ki jail ki saza ho sakti hai.

Nag ne pehle bhi irregularities ke baare mein writ petition daal rakhi thi, jiske baad court ne unhe yeh PIL daalne ki permission di. High Court ne isse important maana hai, aur case ko PIL ke roop mein sunne ka order diya hai. Unhone Nag ki appreciation ki aur central government ke lawyer ko order diya ki Nag ko koi pareshani na ho, chahe railway administration ne unka transfer kar diya ho.

Praveen Pandey, former Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Bilaspur Rail Division, has been appointed as the Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM) of the Bilaspur Railway Zone. This appointment replaces T Shiva Kumar. The order was issued by the Railway Board on Thursday.

Bilaspur Rail Mandal ke pehle DRM, Praveen Pandey ko, Bilaspur Zone ka Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM) banaya gaya hai. Yeh appointment T Shiva Kumar ki jagah hai. Railway Board ne yeh order Guruvaar ko jaari kiya.
