The work at Bir Singhpur station is scheduled to take place from October 3rd to October 11th. During this period, the Garib Rath and Nauthanwa Express, among 26 trains, were initially cancelled for 13 days, and the Barouni-Gondia Express was rerouted. Sixteen cancelled train trips have now been restored. The Narmada Express will operate according to its regular schedule from October 11th. Other trains, including the Indore-Bilaspur Narmada Express, Bilaspur-Bhopal Express, and Bhopal-Bilaspur Express, will also resume service on various dates in October. The Barouni-Gondia Express will continue to operate on an altered route from October 2nd to 10th, passing through Barouni-Katni-Jabalpur-Nainpur-Balaghat-Gondia. Similarly, the Gondia-Barouni Express will use the route Gondia-Balaghat-Nainpur-Jabalpur-Katni-Barouni during the same period.

1st to November 2nd, a third AC coach to the Jodhpur-Varanasi City-Jodhpur Express from October 1st to November 1st, two general coaches to the Ajmer-Agra Fort-Ajmer Express from October 1st to 31st, and a third AC Economy coach to the Ajmer-Sealdah-Ajmer Express from October 1st to November 1st. Additionally, the Durg-Hazarat Nizamuddin Express is canceled on October 4th, 8th, and 11th, and the Hazarat Nizamuddin-Durg Express is canceled on October 5th, 10th, and 12th due to track work being done on the Shahdol-New Katni Junction section of the Bilaspur division. Full refunds will be provided to passengers with reservations on the canceled trains.
