The similar occupancy with NGP-SC-NGP VB which is 20 car. Only IR knows the logic behind allotment.

How do you say not required, it is fast passenger between Kesinga and Durg, does it require? I am very doubtful about this VB to see 100% occupancy.

There is an incident reported on Durg-VSKP VB trail run, a group of 5 people vandalized with rocks at Bagbhara as a result glasses of 3 coaches are damaged. Police has arrested the 5 people and filed cases. Before inauguration, crazy stock attacked, very pathetic and sick minds!!

You have rightly pointed out the QoS (Quality of Service), how it is deteriorated in IR now. A normal journey can only be limited to AC class people. SL/GS became address for hell journey. Track maintenance became private affair now. Loco are churning out left and right but pilots are working under extreme pressure. Needless to say of LHB coaches inferior quality every day in every section 1 or 2 spring breaks are being reported. Punctuality became affair of VB trains, including Durontos suffering to maintain punctuality though they hype of 130 KMPH. When do they cancel or divert god knows.

It looks like a joke to me denoting WAT division as sub-division. In IR so far, we didn't see the concept of sub-division. If they really respect, they can retain WAT division with lesser route kms and merging some route kms from BZA (e.g., NDD-DVD) as BZA division is going to have more route kms from new lines such as COA-NS, NS-MTM etc..

This is best super fast between VSKP-SC, most of the times it reaches on time or before time to SC. If ECoR discontinue RSA with Hirakud and make it 4 days ( Nagawali covers next 3 days)., it would be very good. And always there is demand, they make augmentation permanent and increase to 22 coaches.
