It should be Kanpur Lucknow Ayodhya Gorakpur intercity. Going by the occupancy of the VB from GKP Lucknow Prayagraj even after extention there isn't need for premium train.

The target for ICF in 2023-24 is 3240 coaches a shortage if 400 coaches of which VB train sets 712 only 456 could be turned our.

Agree with you most VB with 8 coaches in many routes are not worth and wasting the slot effecting other trains punctuality. They can run AC NonAC combo with 4/5 ACC and EC rest GS reserved 16 coaches with higher base fare of 2X of GS as they too can run upto 130kmph.

Secunderabad Raipur is 880km not possible. Nagpur Secunderabad is 580km best suited fir VB with 7hrs. SC is not in position to introduce VB in morning and new VSKP VB is given very early dep of 500.

Yes but SWR still restricts to only east bound trains towrads jolarpet. It has lot of scope to introduce new train with PM or SM and station turnaround to east and also to North Dharmavaram but SWR is rejecting the proposals saying limited connectivity but they can give halt at KR Puram and Byappanahalli.
