No it had Election spl TB and was of ER all coaches were of ER Sleeper and GS and SLR ICF coaches.
The rake i spotted was of ER SDAH Division, consisting of Sleeper, GS, SLR coaches with mixed Utkrist and non-utkrist ICF coaches with TB as Election spl. But if that spl is Itwari-Kolkata spl as u r saying maybe but no such TB was there in that rake......
Maybe then you spotted this very rake that I had spotted day before yesterday. That is why it was rescheduled from Nagpur by 3h35m. It came there as an Election Special and then returned as passenger train, and as they had no interest to create a temporary TB, so they kept the previous TB intact.
Maybe....the train was almost empty with hardly 4 to 5 passengers in each coach when the train arrived at Kharagpur stn .......
Perks of announcing a train so late....anyways, good that rake of 13151/52 has arrived at its base....
