Hazrat Nizamuddin Superfast Express and Shridham Express. Passengers are complaining that the station's information counter is often unmanned, and a board listing cancelled trains is not updated. Superfast Express aur Shridham Express jaisi trains ke liye tickets di gayi, jabki ye trains cancel thi. Passengers yeh bhi complain kar rahe hain ki station ka information counter aksar empty rehta hai, aur cancel trains ki list wala board update nahi hota. Agra Rail Division ke Commercial Manager ne kaha ki investigation ki jaayegi aur negligent staff ke khilaf action liya jaayega.
