secondly, i don't think ki rail budget aur naye trains introduce karwane mein koi relation hai. kyonki naye trains to saal k kisi bhi samay announce kiye ja sakte hain...... just like the way the special trains are announced. there were many trains which were announced in january and februaryand they are running successfully. so please dont relate trains and rail budget

Aap ek particular route ki baat kar rahe hain..... par jahan pe 2000 or 1500+ km ki bat aati hai to wahan pe capacity.... interchange points aur loco reversal pe bhi dekha jata hai. do you agree ???
