Let's say train is originating from Point A and Remote Location charting station is Point B and PNR reservation journey is from Point C to Point D

So let's say chart is prepared and incase of RAC we can cancel 30 minutes prior to departure from Point A,B or C (Originating, Charting or Travelling) ?
