Under Tinsukia Division also, I don't think it will get any trains....North bank stations are neglected.

Forget new trains.....The only existing train to Guwahati is also not able to get any priority, takes 12 hours for a 8 hour journey, they cannot even give a good time-table to this train.

While almost all of us at sometime or the other might have faced the issue, hardly anyone in Railways or politicians have ever questioned it probably due to presence of HO/MP quota that allows them to travel conveniently but hardly anyone seems to question it.

The bigger scam is charging cancellation charges for a WL ticket.
For RAC passengers, at the least they should provide automated seat allocation based on vacancy during the journey rather than leaving it to TTE. Otherwise you are charged for that also.
Also staff should be sensitized to provide bedrolls and pillows to both the passengers.
