Is there any rule that Ajni WAP7 should not come to Mumbai or TKD WAP7 to TVC? or they should not haul a particular train?

They belong to the class WAP.. in the end P stands for Passenger .. Durunto is indeed a Passenger train and they are allowed for hauling passenger services.
