Can anybody tell me when this station was constructed or when the direct line from Kumedpur to Barsoi was made ? Unable to find the details of this section in internet. I can only see that in 1937 map this line didn't exists and it was electrified somewhere in 90's. Bu no on info on when the line was made.
I have found the details. The Kumedpur Barsoi section was built in 1959.
So the new Station Board replaced the old style Devanagari with the new style Devanagari... Both sad & happy

Because an electrified line originates from Ramkanali and goes to the Chaurasi railway siding of Parbeliya colliery in Purulia. Both Chaurasi & Ramkanali are marked but I don't know why the line is not shown.
