This decision should have been taken much earlier,I wonder why they waited for 2 years.Relaying the poles and wires is not a easy job it is time consuming and may take a long time to finish

I lodged a grevience to know the status of ET-JBP-ALD Electrification. The response was pretty disappointing. The whole project is expected to compete by March 2019. Maybe, they may finish ET-JBP by next year. Poles in KTE-STA were unearthed. That's why probably it is taking time in that section.

With future uncertain between mkp-jbp it is difficult to predict the completion of work with no work done since the last two years.

This section is hit by a legal tangle and looks like the railway is helpless and it does not want to share to the public about the work ,and still not sure when the interrupted work will begin .

As per the tweet from drmjabalpur this line was commissioned on 23march itself so we can presume that it got the CRS clearance. Today the map also showed in green shade which means it is fit for operation.
