ECR/DNR ka staff apna work culture sudhaar le wahi bht h. Avi v staff ne Railway ki naukri ko aaraam ki naukri smjh rkha h. So wo nazariya pehle badalne ki jarurat h.

ECR/DNR me jb v travel krte h to aaj v esa lgta h jese pre-independence period me hi travel kr rhe. Atleast GC is way way better dan DNR. GC me v mostly stns ka pf level badhaya h. Bt ECR/DNR is hopeless in this regard. PNBE se fursat mile tb na kuch krenge ye?? Even I propose dat RJPB k bd ka part jise ECR hold krta h use ASN div me daal dena chahiye upto JAJ. Bht hadd tk chhavi sudhar jayegi in stns ki plus trns ki jo iss route me bailgaadi bne rehti h. Even NCR me v bht se stns ese h jinko yard remodelling ki jarurat h. Lyk, CNB (main pf lengths r short), ALD (Coz of operational reasns), TDL etc.

No new trns at all. LHBfication of most of d prestigious trns instead of providing LHB to spls, suvidhas, humsafar n so on. N on top priority wud be the maintenance n punctuality of trns (atleast premium n sf trns). Both primary n secondary maintenance wud be done wid equal emphasis.
