I don't understand what the heck is wrong with the railways; Main industrial area- Begusarai, main township, main market, or mostly populated colony in Begusarai.... It's good that Barauni Jn is a very big yard and a terminal station too, that's a good advantage so it should be there but at least give commercial stoppage to the trains passing from Begusarai. Some trains can be left aside but I don't get it, there's a stop at the platform-type new Barauni station but a Begusarai skip... I don't think it's fair for the citizens of Begusarai.

Mujhe samajh nahi aata yaar ki railway ko problem kya hai; Begusarai mein, industrial area hai, township hai, market hai aur sabse jyada log rehte hain Begusarai mein...
Acha hai ki Barauni Junction mein bada yard hai aur terminal station bhi hai, yeh toh advantage hai, par kam se kam Begusarai se jo train guzar rahi hai, usko toh commercial stoppage de do na.
Kuch trains ko chhod do, par samajh nahi aa raha ki ek platform wale naye Barauni station pe stoppage hai, par Begusarai skip karte hain... mujhe lagta hai ki Begusarai ke nagrikon ke liye yeh fair nahi hai.

I wanna share my recent trip story. So, I was on train 22198 from Jhansi to Kiul. First off, I complained on RailMadad 'bout not gettin' a darn blanket. Some folks got it only coz they whined, I was lucky to snag one too. Next, I whined 'bout not findin' RailNeer and bein' forced to buy some local water for 20 bucks. Then, I vented 'bout the food bein' overpriced, like 140 Rs for a veg thali, c'mon! The pantry dude said there ain't no thali for 80. When I got home 'round 2 pm, I got this call from some unknown guy claimin' to be an IRCTC member from Delhi, askin' 'bout my issues. He promised to nail the pantry manager's butt for this mess. He asked me to text on his WhatsApp with my PNR and said it'd be dealt with by an external vendor. When I asked if he was the pantry manager 'coz I heard the tracks, he got all rude and started threatenin' me. I already lodged a complaint 'bout him by callin' 139 and spillin' the whole can of worms.

Meri haal hi ki journey experience
Main 22198 se jhansi se kiul safar kar raha tha. Pehli shikayat maine is train ke baare mein RailMadad par ki thi, blanket ki availabilty ke baare mein. Bas kuch logon ko hi complaint karne ke baad blanket mila, main ek un mein se tha.
Doosri shikayat maine railneer ki availabilty aur local brand ke paani ki daam ka 20rs bechne ki baat ki.
Teesri shikayat maine khane ke overcharge hone ki baat ki - veg thali jo 140 rs mein thi. Pantry staff ne kaha ki 80rs mein koi thali hi nahi hoti.
Ghar pahunchne ke baad 2 baje mujhe ek anjaan number se call aaya - kehne wala ki wo Delhi se IRCTC ke member hain aur unhone mere problem ke baare mein poocha. Meri samasya sunne ke baad unhone kaha sir main side pantry manager ke khilaaf kadi karyawahi karunga. Aur mujhe apne WhatsApp number par PNR number message karne ko bola, issue resolve kar denge, bahar se vendor.
Fir maine usse pucha ki Kya aap pantry manager hain, kyun ki background mein track ki awaaz sunai di. Uske baad usne mujhe rude tareeke se dhamki dena shuru kar di.
Main pehle hi uske khilaaf 139 par complain kar chuka hoon, puri baat likhkar.
