No it says that two contractors have bid for this tender. But KPTL is the lowest bidder so whole tender is assigned to KPTL.
Buddy I have searched everywhere for Hubli to chikbanwar tenders. Did not get any info. I am not sure whether it is assigned or not.
But last year they have opened two tenders one for GADAG-HOTGI and baw-ubl. They have successfully assigned gdg-htg route but did not assign baw-ubl route. But they called once again tenders for BAW-UBL this year October. Now I am worried that it will take another three years minimum to get electrification done.

Based on my understanding they will complete it up to hotgi-wandal . but from they will target upcoming doubled section such a gadag-bagalkot. Or may be whether they might start from wandal-gadag single line only. Only God knows .

What is the problem is diverting. Any way there are more then 4 trains run on Sur, RC, gtl. We don't have one also . Railways don't want to run any new train untill doubling is completed between sur-pune then diverting is the only option left
