thnx friends for your replies.... when one should apply for HO QUOTA.. i mean to say 2 days befor journery OR 10 days before journey... in my case almost 20 days are still remaining.. when should i apply for HQ QUOTA?? pls reply friends... if any one can help me.. pls call
