A. Try to get accomodation reserved in advance via online portal in Tirupati.

Note : Darshan Passes counter open early morning 05am and depending on crowd it might close within an hour or 2hr or 4hr. I went at 8.30 and luckily got the pass (Thursday)

Keep checking in an hour of interval. There is no waiting list kind of booking. Hence any cancellation happens, you would get preference
No free pass at Tirumala.
Once reached Tirupati, rush and check for tickets nearby like Srinivasan Complex or GovindRajan or somemore..
