the arrival at dildarnagar is suitable for office local passangers and students towards patna, so they make the train miserable with the time table, forceful stop at all intermediate stations, so if the train should be rescheduled in such a way that it reach patna jn by 6am, then the prob will decrease automatic

thats true, and the local ppls dont spare any train, even rajdhani gets delayed with such acts, so the entire traffic is delayed during the office hours towards patna

the solution may arrive in such a way that long distance passing by trains must leave patna by 6 am , during office/shool hours express trains should be avoided to ply on this route,
however the trains originating and terminating at patna should be take care that they are not messing with local office/student timings.

I heard that from the 1st Jan 2013 Strict rules for the WL ticket holders will come in force. According to this rule which I heard, WL passenger whose ticket remains in WL on the date of Journey cannot travel in the reserved compartment. Previously, WL passenger can travel & If the relatives are there in the compartment with the reserved ticket then He can share the sit also.

boarding is allowed if the ticket is partially confirmed( must be in one ticket)
rules were there since long, but now its converted to the "suvidha shulk" payable to GRP and TT

passangers who are holding partially confirmed tkts, are allowed to board in train. provided the name of Wl will appear on the chart of compartment in which the confirmed ticket is settled.

average speed of 40 kms and 69 halts, 3A ppl wil prefer to take accomodation in some better speed train.
reg PC, as there are too much halts, ppl prefer to consume foods from stations, also the local vendors slip in compartments and offer the foods/supplements

2A passangers are mostly govt ppls, or the persons who have booked in their "need to reach", most of passangers in the trains are not upto destination, they are travelling for 8/16 hrs mostly.
regarding coach addition, if the department feels that the train is overbooked for atleast 50% time for the year, they will do it sure, or make another train proposal for distance maximum booked.
as the traffic upto balia is newly converted BG line, so it may take some time to analyse the traffic. otherwise there are many...
