I filed RTI in which they replied it will be started once 2nd pitline at Vasco is commissioned.
Regarding capital cities North East, Jammu are yet to be connected with Goa but do agree this MAS VSG exp was a very popular train especially for people to see Dudhsagar waterfalls they should have restarted in this monsoon with a Vistadome coach.

It's error 17310 is VSG YPR and 21st first LHB run from Vasco. Train has PM at Vasco CDO.
Even SWR did same error in their PR.

Jan Shatabdis, Shatabdis and Vande Bharats should be merged in a single category all equipped with VB trainsets.
Same should be done to Rajdhani, Duronto, Garib Rath and AC SF trains and upgraded to SL VB trainsets once they are out.
There should be only 2 categories of premium trains one CC and other SL.
