Grievance Description : VSKP-LTT via SC is having excellent timings by starting in the morning 09:00 am in VSKP reaching SC at 21:00 pm and PUNE at 07:30 am. But Ecor planning had really destroyed the train.Following Points are not noticed. 1.) VSKP-LTT has more quota VSKP,RJY,BVRT,AKVD,KKLR as this is one of the train which passes through this route.This train is reaching at inconvieinet timings.By making clone to konark this will not help to Tanaku,Bhimavarm people as Konark will travel in other route via Eluru to BZA. 2.) Starting at 22:30 after Konark as clone Express is one of the BAD IDEA. if Koanrk Express gets late while starting or reaching from BBS-VSKP then by default VSKP-LTT will get late. 3.) Pantry is not avalibale in VSKP-LTT after it leaves from VSKP at 22:30 then you may get may not get even a water bottle until it reaches BZA at 06:35 am.As it crosses RJY etc after 02:35 am in odd timings. Next after leaving Secunderabad after 12:50 then the same situation arises until it reaches WADI in Karnataka 16:40 pm and you have get you dinner at Solaput at night 20:00 until then you have get stock of Food or water bottles. While travelling in Konark also you will face the same situation which is having pantry.But LTT Exp does not have it. 4.) Reaching Pune at 00:55 is the real worst part which raises security issues to people travelling to pune.As konark reaches at 22:30 and still you face transport problems.When VSKP -LTT is intriduced 2 years back in the railway budget then we had alternative train for reaching pune in the morning before 08:00 am. But now every one lost a good train with suitable timings and comfortable journey to reach pune. Now everyone avoids this train and they have to adjust their travel by reaching SC and then again take another train or BUS from HYD to PUNE. 5.) 26 hours superfast train converted to 29 hours and weekly train announced in RALIWAY Budget is limited to Bi-weekly."In India where demard for Speed Trains,NON-STOP Trains and Superfast Trains are getting demand to travel to destination as fast as possible".But this train is going in reverse i.e from Super Fast to Express. When people do not get proper trains when required and timings of the train are not good then there is no use for Clone Trains or Special Trains.

Details : Your grievance regarding changing the timings of train No. 18519/18520 VSKP-LTT Bi-weekly S/F Express being acknowledged. Presently, 11020/11019 BBS-CSTM is over-crowded throughout the year occupancy of this train is more than 130 % in all classes. There has been demand to run a clone Express following 11020/11019 BBS-CSTM Express which could not be materialized due to acute maintenance problem at BBS. Hence, it is decided to start a train running behind the Konark Express from VSKP and it is the only convenient timing to increase the frequency of 18519/18520 VSKP-LTT S/F Express from Bi-weekly to daily. Presently, it is not possible to add pantry car service to the train No. 18519/18520 VSKP-LTT Bi-weekly S/F Express due to shortage of Pantry Car in stock in East Coast Railway. However, your suggestion will be kept in mind while augmenting infrastructure.
