Why don't trains (other than locals) travel from CSTM through Sandhurst road, Mahim to WR stations like BVI, VR?

This line was only constructed for connecting the western suburban stations to csmt and Navi Mumbai. Only has two lines and highly saturated and cross over from express train line from csmt to this line is kind of impossible.

Yes. Almost barring a few. Only Jaipur Super fast (in WR legendary trains) not running with A2.

#RakeStandardization
1- 2AC removed and 1- 3AC removed and in place of that D3 and S8 are added. This train has been running with 7-3AC and 3-2AC since years now it is reduced in the name of rake standardisation. Aise kya majburi aa gayi hai ki ek bhi train ka ye log dedicated coach composition maintain nahi kar sakte.

Prior to LHB it used to have 8 3AC coaches and it has demand to fill the 12 ac coaches it previously had. I dont understand the need for this change in the name of rake standardization.

Some lhb coaches can be seen lying side ways down before devlali. Can some one help recalling when this accident took place and with which train it occurred. Was it nagpur mumbai duronto?
