I can see vacant berth from Secunderabad to Mantralayam road for tomorrow by 17418 in IRCTC vacant berth details. But when I click on BOOK, it takes me to IRCTC website where it does not allow to book as status shown as NOT AVAILABLE. See the pics and guide me please.

Yes much needed as this is probably one of the very few trains which does not have another stop in Hyderabad city area. It just stops next at Vikarabad.

True but tomorrow's train from Bangalore to Kerala side would be helpful, I hope. Both the RTC (Kerala & Karnataka) are running a total of 28 buses tomorrow from Bangalore to Ernakulam with total 53 seats only available so far. These are available as Karnataka SRTC is adding special buses which is getting filled up. They have added some 9 special buses.
