I have booked the ticket in 12402 Magadh Express from New Delhi to Patna Junction on 27th December and 28th December 2013 in 3AC class but their current status are RAC 4 and RAC 9 respectively. So, should I try for tatkal ticket for the confirm tickets or wait for confirmation of these PNRs? Please suggest me. Thanks in Advance.

You should try for 11301 Udyan Express because in this train, there is less rush.

Sorry for late reply.
You may not get ticket at that time because 10:30 am is too late for the tatkal ticket booking time. So, please try to book up to 10:15 am. You should have 1 3G connection or braodband connection for proper booking.

You have to go to the New Delhi Railway station Paharganj side at the last counter before 8 AM or 8 PM with your ticket and one valid ID card with your address. It there is any room, they will allot you room for 12 hours or 24 hours as per your request. Here, it is the winter season and most of the trains are going late, so there is a minimal chance to get a retiring room.
