people down south are very courteous and civilized. Law & order situation are extremely rare there.

Sir, agree with ur point that in South law & order situation is better than the North but this doesn't mean that the authorities have no responsibility left. As it's always said that prepare for the worst, who knows what will happen. Every Railway station must have RPF or GRP presence whether any law & order situations are frequent or not. This is a lapse on rail authorities side.
