Bhai, niche wali seat p log baithte hain, aur upar wali seat pe luggage rakhte hain. jab upar seat pe cushoin seat lahega aur us par kisi ne tin ya lohe ka saman rakh diya to cushion to phatega hi. waise main iss decision ke khilaf nahi hun. I welcome this decision, even I feel the need of cushion seat for upper berth. But public to public hai, they should take care of the seat and if someone found tearing the seat with heavy luggage then they must complain to TTE. but there is no TTE in general compartment. so lets see how it works and how public treat.
