Was there a special planned? Just saw PR for DEMUs and MRJ-HAS.
Why should PR come if some zone has constraints to run the train?
So no proposal at all. You just imagined that it should have been run?
Of course Yes. There were plan to run it. But did not go through due to some zones constraints.
I don't know why the railway ministry is not taking this issue seriously.mangalore should be included in swr as soon as possible
