They are so illiterate and doesn't known that Railways are operating Goods / Freight / Parcel Trains reqularly 24/7 basis.

I think this is not a one of case... Even on roads such mishaps are occurring!!!
I would say... Total lack of sensitivity and inability to provide relief to everyone!!!
