Howrah Metro Station is the deepest in India, and the Majerhat station is unique for being elevated across railway lines, platforms, and a canal. During his visit, PM Modi will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for various connectivity projects worth Rs. 15,400 crores in Kolkata. This trip is part of a larger tour, with PM Modi visiting Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and Bihar from March 4th to 6th, inaugurating and laying the foundation stone for development projects in each state.

Kolkata visit ke dauraan PM Modi, Rs. 15,400 crore ke connectivity projects ko inaugurate aur unka foundation stone bhi rakhenge.
