Railways land-for-jobs 'scam': Delhi HC grants bail to Lalu Prasad's aide Amit Katyal in ED case
Amit Katyal, a close associate of RJD leader Lalu Prasad, has been granted bail by the Delhi High Court in a money laundering case linked to the alleged land-for-jobs scam in Indian Railways. Katyal was apprehended by the Enforcement Directorate in November 2023 under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
Delhi High Court ne RJD leader Lalu Prasad ke ek kareebi Amit Katyal ko, Indian Railways mein land-for-jobs scam se judi money laundering case mein bail de diya hai. Katyal ko Enforcement Directorate ne November 2023 mein Prevention of Money Laundering Act ke neeche arrest kiya tha.
