The program was attended by representatives from several organizations, including DRUA, Manava Vikasa Vedika, Spandana Cheyuta Foundation, Manavatha Seva Samstha, Lions Club of Kurmannapalem, Lions Club of Steel City, Lions Club of Gajuwaka, Lions Club of Aganampudi, Youth Hostels Association of India, Ukkunagaram, Sarvahitha Charitable Trust, YHAI Women Cell, and Sri Sathya Sai Seva Samiti. Representatives from the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) also participated in the program.
