No Pantry car required for SLip trains....It would not be advisable.

But pantry would be common for both and staff cannot go through from 1 coach to another due to SLR and GS in between.

First and Direct Connectivity between GANDHIDHAM and HARIDWAR & RISHIKESH via DELHI

already this become a very tight schedule adding additional halt will be difficult and to change entire TT for this
now check i skipped Gurgaon for this and RISHIKESH cant handle 24 coaches as i gathered news. it will take some more time and thats why new trains are not coming to RISHIKESH. and there are lot of buses also for RISHIKESH.
