train belongs to er,so no maintenance required in nwr,will depaet from JP within 1-2 hrs of arrival

if lhb rakes can be useds as spl then y not iso , since iso rakes of particular train is vaccant so er is using this rakes
yes,,,,the standard ppl visit factory and certify which is a long procedure,even these used for special and important and non iso for others which are more r less meeting requirement..
