The original version, mean gkp pune exp do have pantry, the same rake are used for Pune Manduadih EXP, which do have pantry.

go to the news section, where they have details of summer special train of cr. there they have complete schedule, rake config, rake sharing arrangement, engine..... maintainence info. so u will know it all. its a pdf doc. And since u have a baby on board my personal advice wud be carry your own stuff.
carry some stuff with u as food quality is not hygenic, for child. preferd keep some bread and butter, and some namkin also, keep enough water with you.
