I find it amusing that the BSB-LKO Shuttle takes significantly less time than this VB. Even if the Shuttle is delayed by nearly an hour, it would still be non constraint for the passenger since the Shuttle goes straight to the heart of the city [LKO] instead of just terminating at GTNR.
Bsb-Lko shuttle ko LHB and some unnecessary halts hata de to aur kam time lage.
I am currently travelling in GomtiNagar Patna VB expecting Orange/Saffron rake but it turned out to be an old normal white rake.

It was fully occupied but food was not good. I travelled in EC.
Since it's going via Ayodhya, Only Vegetarian Items being Served ?
Or are they serving Non Vegetarian Items as well ?

So a Terminating VB has Only Vegetarian Options.
But a passing VB can have Non Vegetarian Options ?
Quite Hypocritical decisions, aren't they ?
That's the reason I mostly avoid traveling in Katra Vande Bharat as after paying above 2K for EC it doesn't make sense that Railway gets to decide whether I'd be Vegetarian or Non Vegetarian for the day 😂

Decent run today! Arrived Gomti Nagar on time.
But it looks like even 35 mins are not enough for 18km between DDU and Varanasi Cantt.
Just how slow is this section 💁.

Return wali train ka timing bada odd hai uska sahi karna chaiye 2230 to 2300 tak wapas patna lana chaiye. 5.45 am departure bhi patna se de sakte hain..
