Shreekara1009 222 blog postsAs per the information sought from RTI, this train has highest passengers between Yesvantpur and Coimbatore Jn and then to Kozhikode Jn. The number of passengers travelled beyond Kozhikode is very less. This train is useless to North Kerala,Coastal Karnataka region. Wasting one slot at Mangaluru Central! This train should be short terminated at Kozhikode Main or Kannur Main or else the route of this train should be diverted and should be made to run via Arsikere Jn to Yesvantpur from Mangaluru Central or Kannur or Kozhikode that it will provide train connectivity between Mangaluru,Tumakuru and Yesvantpur Jn.

Not to people of North Kerala or Kozhikode also. This train should be made to run via Hassan-Kunigal or via Hassan-Arsikere Jn.
