I don't think both have RSA. When 12994 arrives that day only 22973 departs GIMB. 12994 arrives at 11.25 am and 22973 departs at 1.45 pm so no time for PM which is not possible
The one I spotted yesterday had a pantry car and 2 General coaches before generator car at end. 22973 doesn't even have a pantry car
