It can be restored in Delhi Jaipur route with morning 7AM dep and return from Jaipur at 1600 with 5 hr running With 2ACC and GS. It will not take travellers of Shatabdi if sufficient gap is there. Shatabdi will have its class of travellers.

I would rather say rename the double decker as Pink City DD, and shift the train to NDLS or DLI. It would do wonders for the train if it originates from a station having direct metro connectivity, which DEE and DEC don't provide. Plus IR should work on GGN-GADJ 130 MPS Upgradation and also work on reinforced high rise pantos capable of tolerating wind drag at upto 160 kmph. They have to develop it, especially after converting one of the major routes of IR into high rise electric route.

then DLI dep 05.50; JP arr 11.45; JP dep 14.15; DLI arr 20.20 via RGS from 1997-2002. Permanently service withdrawn from 2002. I remember seeing 00501 & 00502 at DLI when I went to Delhi for Surgery in 2002
