Net speed avg....but few times, it is very good. If u use it at unusual slots (eg late night or early morning) u can expect a very good speed in general
I guess everyone starts to download movies and watch them, thats why slow speed...

yes, but today 31st may departure from HWH 67 seats were opened under current reservation, and 3AC the booking was in RAC/WL, they were not upgraded to clear RAC/WL.
i.e. if not boked, 67 seats will go vacant and ppl will have to accommodate them self in RAC in 3AC.

To go New Delhi, always prefer this train. Because Howrah Rajdhani has on board WI-FI Facility.
