The passenger of Dombivali who traveled in this train last Wednesday had ordered Veg Biryani from pantry car. There was a large size caterpillar in it. When passenger complained to pantry manager he denied it and was very rude wid the passenger. Passenger further complained to TTE and to the Railway Toll Free Number

The passenger who traveled should had taken.. Now if railways asks the passenger who traveled proof?? See in todays world, verbal talk cant be taken in account
