I recently took this train from Jalandhar to New Delhi. Let me rate this train on a few things.
Food: Amazing. Way better than train 12013/12014. I've been on both, but the food on this train is much better. I even uploaded a picture of my dinner. I had the Non-Veg option and got rice, dal, chicken curry, dahi, parathas, and even vanilla ice cream. The food is tasty and enough. I'd give it a 4 out of 5. Evening snacks are pretty good too, but could be improved.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness is good. The seats and surroundings in the passenger area were clean and the OBHS (On-Board Housekeeping Staff) was cleaning the coach regularly. However, the toilets stank really bad and there was no water.
Punctuality: The train was supposed to arrive at NDLS at 11:05 pm. But because of the passengers, the train had to stop two times at Sadar Bazar and Aadarsh Nagar. So it finally arrived at 11:25 pm, but it was on time otherwise.
Security: The RPF (Railway Protection Force) staff did a great job. They were keeping an eye on the coaches regularly. So I'd rate them 5 out of 5.
Staff: The staff's behavior was really good, very polite. So I'd give them a 4 out of 5.
Railfanning: Well, you can enjoy the beauty of Punjab in the evening, at least till Ludhiana. After that, it gets dark and it's not possible to take any photos. The main attraction is when this train crosses its sister train 12013 near Sirhind or Sadhoogarh station. During winter, watching the setting sun over the fields of Punjab with mist flying above them is pure bliss.
Overall, it was a good experience. I'd rate it 4 out of 5. In my opinion, it's much better than train 12013/14 in every aspect.

This Duronto train was the absolute worst! If you're going from Delhi to West Bengal, go for trains 12302/12314 or 12306 instead.
Punctuality: 1/5: Even though it left New Delhi on time, it started getting delayed at every station along the way. By the time we reached Sealdah, it was a whopping 3 hours and 11 minutes late. It made unscheduled stops at almost every station after Burdwan.
Food and Catering: 2/5: Dinner and soup were good, but the real shock came in the morning when they didn't give us bed tea. In Rajdhani trains, they wake you up and serve you tea in bed. But they completely ignored us because we were sleeping. And it wasn't just us, they did it to other passengers too. Breakfast was served when we were crossing Gaya, and let me tell you, it was awful. My plate didn't have butter or a tea kit. The staff didn't care about the service at all.

Ek of the worst Duronto I have ever li liya. Log travelling to West Bengal from Delhi should rather prefer 12302/12314 or 12306 against is train. Punctuality: 1/5: Though it chhoot gaya ed New Delhi on time, but from very phir se it pulled up a every station late. Finally when the train arrived at Sealdah it was late by whopping 3 hours 11 minutes. After crossing Burdwan, this train was literally giving unscheduled stoppages at almost every station. Food and Catering: 2/5: Dinner and soup was excellent. But the major shock came in the morning when the staff didn't provided us with the bed tea. In Rajdhani, if the passenger is Sleeping the staff would wake him up and would give him the morning tea plate. But he actually skipped us, cuz we were Sleeping. He did the same with the other passengers too. The breakfast was served when the train was crossing Gaya, and mind it, it was too pathetic. My plate didn't have butter and the tea kit. The staff was least concerned about the service. Cleanliness: 3/5: The train was cleaned till Mughalsarai and after that the toilets were overflowing and stinking badly. Even after complaining to the staffs, the OBHS was least concerned about cleaning. At last at Dhanbad the train was cleaned. Security: 5/5: In is matter I would say the RPF staff and the Attendants did a great job. At least in is matter this Duronto is good. Staffs: 3/5: The OBHS and the Catering Staffs were the least concerned. This thing needs to be improved. Overall: I will rate it 2/5. I have traveled in 12274 also, but this Duronto is too much pathetic. I was getting RAC in 12306 at that day, but instead went to is. And I regret my decision for is. If anyone wants to travel from Delhi to West Bengal, I would suggest him/her to take 12302 then 12314 then 12306 then 12274 and then 12260
