Jrc Is undergoing complete modification. So maybe they thought Giving halt at JRC will Provide more prominence. juc Has not seen any developmental works since years now. Also, it was supposed to cater pgw pax as well but the bjp mla spoiled it all. Otherwise, no logical reason
It is also possible that once the station is fully ready, they can shift 2-3 premium trains from Juc to JRC because they intend to have one major station

And has name after asr and jrc in occupancy i think the halt is un deserved but i think im weomg because if a train 40 odd passenger a half coach crowd then halt is somewhere justified .

Something like this will surely Be possible in upcoming months. When they exhaust all the VB routes, then they will have to go for unconventional options where they will be giving minimum halts. Also katra expressway Will hugely impact the rail traffic so they Would have to come up with Minimal hat superfast trains
