Public transport must be very much available.
Bus fare would also be nominal and you don't need to worry about that except for Auto's/rickshaws.

Officially, it is one of the slowest VB, having SF category average speed.
Like you said, avg speed is very much important and it should at least have 68+ avg IMO(for max 7 hr travel skipping TPJ). If it involves TPJ, we need TEN-MS kind of priority and avg speed.

Yes, I do know about that.. Lot of formalities from divisions permission to Board's Approval involved in it. Hence, I clearly mentioned it as IRTTC proposals as you may notice.
