I traveled on this train on Friday, Jan 31, in coach C5 fro TUP to MAS.
HORRIBLY maintained coach. For a premium train such as Shatabdi, this is totally not acceptable.
The food tray table, in seat 17, had no lock and it was on free fall. I noticed RATS, RODENTS and Cockroaches running all over the coach. Especially tiny rats in windows peaking at you, was funny and revolting as well.

SR has any self-respect or shame left? How can the officials sleep peacefully each night , when they have screwed-up their job so badly?
I have a contrasting experience in 12027, very next day on Saturday, Feb 1 from MAS to SBC. The coaches are in perfect conditions, with each coach displaying when pest control was performed, next due date and the company responsible for pest control.
